About one-month prior to event date, Happileigh Hosted Events hops in with full force! Typically we see this service being utilized 6-months in advance for the ultimate experience. We'll tie up all the loose ends, sort through the details, coordinate vendors and timelines, and finalize floorplans and venue logistics. The goal is for you to enjoy your event and leave the details to us!

This planning experience really utilizes all of the fabulous planning you and your partner have already accomplished.  We simply assist with further event planning, vendor recommendations, thoughtful timeline and logistics coordination, design cultivation and venue logistics.  Happileigh Hosted Events will take the event from your vision to reality! 

full planning

Happileigh Hosted Events currently is not offering full planning for weddings and events due to the nature of the current health crisis and the obstacles it brings.  However, we are open to a conversation surrounding full planning if needed.  We believe that a "happileigh" planned event heavily involves the client especially when circumstances are tricky.  Happy to explore this option!
